WHO WE ARE

We are a firm of architects and engineers specialized in the design of industrial buildings and related interiors. Our field of specialization is the pharmaceutical, bulk drug, food and chemical/agrochemical industry. 

R. V. Dalvi and Associates was established in the year 1985. We have a long standing association with most of our existing clients, with most of them staying with us since the 80’s.

Our office is located at Kaliandas Udyog Bhavan, Prabhadevi, with in-house facilities for interior and architectural design.

About Rajeev Dalvi

Rajeev Dalvi is the proprietor and principal architect of R.V. Dalvi and Associates. He graduated as an architect from the Sir. J. J. College of Architecture in 1981.

After working for four years with established architects like M/s. Dalvi & Maru,  and M/s. Chandrashekhar & Bhagat, he successfully established R. V. Dalvi and Associates in the year 1985. The firm is now in existence for over 30 years.

Most of our existing clientele has been with us since the inception of the firm. We have worked on multiple projects with them over the years which has led to a strong and long-standing association.
